2% GOV'T TAX PAYABLE ON THE ABOVE RATES.

Please note that sea bathing is not permitted at this location due to the high tides.   However, the popular Frigate Bay beach is just a 10-minute walk away.  You can however enjoy sunbathing right on the beach outside your condo.
